Go to "Studio", click on "Artists". Press "Edit" on the artist you'd like to change. Scroll to the bottom, and add a photo where it says Artist Photos! Select "Regular", as it will set as your main artist photo. While we do have a "Banner" selection, it is currently not live yet. (stay tuned for updates!)
