Yes. Every library we work with is required to register your tracks to your PRO.
For exclusive work(s) as there is a copyright transfer, the library has the legal ability to re-title the track. In any case, your track will be registered to you (even with the title change.)
Keep in mind, PRO's work slowly (all around the world.) If you do not see a registration quickly, do not be alarmed - they take a while, the majority of the time. Unfortunately, it is something That Pitch & exclusive clients have no control over.
