Please first ensure that placement process has been "Completed", by providing all media assets (stems etc) and contractual obligations on your side are signed (if an exclusive library placement). If the completion is successful, you will be paid per our payment schedule. Please always refer to our payment schedule and payouts processor which you can find in the "Money" tab under "Help".
