I released my song on steaming services, but I took them down to pitch to sync. Can I still submit songs?

If your song has been released on streaming services, you can definitely still upload songs to be pitched for sync. They would need to be pitched to the non-exclusive section of That Pitch. Your songs would unfortunately not work for any exclusive sync opportunities because they've been released previously (regardless of if they've been taken down or not).
